Dentuose is a software application (desktop app for macOS and Windows) offered as a subscription. It is digital content whose access is provided immediately after subscription and license activation.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Dentuose is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase at our contact address: we will refund you in full, with no conditions or justification required.

Free trial

Dentuose offers a free version (limited to 50 quotes) that lets you evaluate the software before any payment. We encourage you to use it to check that it meets your needs before taking out a subscription.

How to request a refund

Send an email to our contact address, stating the email address used at purchase. No justification is required.

Processing and timing

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as "Merchant of Record". The refund is made by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation ends the renewal at the current expiry; access to the full version remains active until the end of the period already paid, then the version reverts to the free offer.
