Terms of sale and of use

1. Purpose
These terms govern the provision and sale of the Dentuose application and its subscription, for purchases made on the dentuose.com website.
2. Publisher and payment
Dentuose is published by iBudokan LTD (Companies House no. 16368466, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). Payments made on the website are processed by Paddle, which acts as reseller (Merchant of Record): as such, Paddle is the seller of the transaction, collects payment, issues the invoice and handles the VAT applicable to your country. Paddle's terms apply to the payment operation.
3. Offers and prices
- Free version: free download, unlimited patients, all features, no time limit, up to 50 quotes.
- Full version: annual subscription at €349 unlocking an unlimited number of quotes. Any VAT is handled by Paddle and added at payment according to your country.
4. Order and payment
Subscription is completed via the secure payment page hosted by Paddle. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. A license key and/or activation of the full version is then provided to you.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is taken out for a term of one year and renews automatically for successive one-year periods, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the version then reverts to the free offer (limited to 50 quotes).
6. Refunds
You benefit from a 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase: simply email contact@dentuose.com and you will be refunded in full, with no conditions or justification required. Details are in our refund policy.
7. Invoicing
An invoice is issued by Paddle for each payment and sent to you by email. Your invoices remain accessible via the Paddle customer portal.
8. Purchases via the Mac App Store
Dentuose is also available on the Mac App Store, with a subscription managed by Apple. Purchases made via the App Store are subject to Apple's terms; these Terms govern only purchases made on dentuose.com.
9. Availability, liability and backups
The application runs locally on your computer: your data is not hosted by us. We do everything possible to ensure the proper operation of the service, without being liable for indirect damages or data loss. It is your responsibility to back up your database regularly (built-in backup/restore feature).
10. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence within the European Union. In the event of a dispute, you may contact us to seek an amicable solution before any action and, where applicable, refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
